Mark is Chairman of Lambert's Cove Acquisition Corporation. He is a Partner in several Providence Equity Funds where he led investments and served on the boards of numerous media and telecom properties including Telecordia, Language Line Services and Madison River Telephone. Mark serves on the Board of Overseers of Children's Hospital in Boston and is currently the Board Chair of Middlebridge School, a school for children with learning disabilities in South County, Rhode Island. Mark received a B.A. from Cornell University and J.D. from Boston University.
